Why do I encounter an error as shown below when trying to import attendees to a learning session?
The error will appear if a user’s enrolment in that session is completed. In order for the import attendees to be successful, the user's enrolment should be incomplete/not attempted.
1. Go to Manage Learning > Manage Sessions > Import Attendees. Note: Make sure you have downloaded the default template
2. Fill out the spreadsheet file with the following information:
- Session GUID
- Attendance Status
- Marker Notes (Optional)
Note: To get the Session GUID, you must run a Customisable Report Entity: Learning Event Session
Once all the information is filled up. Select the file and click Import and Email results
