Why are users not receiving an email notification of a successful enrolment in a self-enrolment course?

Answer

Identify that you have created a local message template in your tenant. Please refer here for more information. The message template Enrolment-LearnerConfirmation is used when a user is successful in enrolling in the course. Make sure that the email Delivery Method: Email is enabled.
